Pangaea Game Player Support 

You can request to delete your account right in the Pangaea - Age of the Sky Fortress mobile game.
Go to "Settings" page, click on "More..." to bring "More Settings" page, click on "Delete Account" button. The game will ask your confirmation and just answer Yes.
Once your account is deleted, all data associated with your game account, including all purchases, can not be recovered and will be removed soon after you request delete your account. 
There will be no way to recover your deleted account after this operation because we do not keep any backup content of deleted accounts. 

So what should you do if you want to be able to continue play your game on multiple of your devices, or you simply want to continue play the game from your old device to another new device? 

We currently support 3rd party game account authentication through Facebook authentication to help you access your game account on any supported device. You need to connect your game account to your Facebook account first (you can either do so in first time launch the game, or do it later in Settings menu, there is a "Connect to Facebook" button) on your CURRENT device. Your Facebook app installed on the same device, or your device web browser will automatically launched to guide you finish Facebook account authentication.  After that when you install and launch Pangaea - Age of Sky Fortress on another device, simply select login with Facebook instead of "Just Play" and you will get all saved progress back to your new device. 

We strongly suggest you connect your Facebook account with your game account so you can use Facebook login to retrieve your game account on any device, even device not have Facebook app installed (instead, web browser of that device is used to complete Facebook login).         

In Settings menu of Pangaea - Age of Sky Fortress game, click support button and you can email your specific question and our customer support will try to resolve your issue at our best effort. Please understand due to volume of customer supporting requests, your request may need to wait certain time to be processed.
